We welcome NHS referrals from your GP. For NHS patients, this will be made via the NHS E-Referrals System with your GP. All referrals are triaged by our Clinicians and if deemed appropriate for our service, our administration support Team will send your first appointment confirmation to you. There are details on your referral documentation which allow you to change your appointment should it prove to be unsuitable.

Once you have had your first appointment, our admin team will work with you to arrange your follow-up appointments and minor surgery appointments should they be necessary.

We operate out of 4 locations, Buckden, Warboys, Little Paxton and Hinchingbrooke Hospital Treatment Centre. We will try to accommodate your appointments at your most convenient location, although this is not always possible. Minor surgery is carried out at Buckden.

On occasions, it may be suitable to refer your case directly into minor surgery without the requirements of an initial consultation. Our admin team will contact you.

Private referrals are welcomes from your GP. A referral letter from your GP will be triaged by Dr Fargnoli. Our admin team will liaise with you regarding the cost of the treatment and arrange for a suitable appointment. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and the balance is payable on the day of treatment. Private treatment only is offered at Buckden Surgery.

There are various skin conditions which fall outside of the NHS criteria. Our Clinicians will advise you if your condition falls within this policy. An option to have further treatment privately may be discussed with you.
